Kworum Capital is an investment banking company focused on originating, structuring and executing value-added structured trade, project and corporate finance transactions in Africa. In particular, Kworum Capital focuses on high value transactions in three main areas:
- Trade, project and infrastructure finance in Angola arranged through long-standing partnerships with local and international banks;
- Public-Private infrastructure projects in Angola incorporating both debt and equity solutions; and
- Private equity investments in companies in West and East Africa.
Kworum Capital was founded in Angola in 2001 by a group of international bankers and experienced managers combining their extensive experience in Sub-Sahara Africa to create a unique, independent and solution-driven investment banking company.
